Zalloo is 100% female owned and directed company with a team of matured experts and business associates with many years of experience in their respective disciplines.

Zalloo is a Level 1 BBB-EE organisation, currently based in South Africa with business associates throughout Africa and abroad.

The name “Zalloo “ means helping clients to succeed and bring a sense of fulfilment through profound practical and creative learning solutions aligned to constant changing environment.

Our niche product is primarily Human Capital Development (HCD) focusing on, amongst others soft (behavioural), technical, learnerships (qualifications) to address the youth unemployment challenge as well as management & leadership capabilities.

Human Capital Development is a passion of Zalloo in that it goes beyond ”business as usual”, it focuses on  assisting institutions to identify and fast track talent that is necessary to take the institution to the next level of growth through a range of assessments administered by our qualified experts.

Zalloo assists line mangers to customise robust Personal Development Plans (PDPs) based on the outcomes of the assessments aligned to each individual’s career aspirations.
