Course Overview

During the workshop delegates will be able to learn about how to manage risk. This workshop will give delegates access to the implementation of world-class Risk Management principles, tools and techniques for managing risk. The workshop will have a highly interactive delivery method ensuring involvement of all of the delegates. A number of practical exercises and case studies will be used to test and reinforce key learning points and represent an important post-workshop series of practical “how-to” guides. Delegate competence will be assessed by the preparation and presentation of a risk management plan as part of a team exercise to be delivered on the final day of the workshop.
